Diehl Metal Applications offers high-quality contact probes in a carrier strip made of square wire for a wide range of applications in the electronics and automotive industries. We manufacture our pins with an edge length of 0.6 mm from various alloys. Depending on requirements, both full-surface and selective surface coatings are available - for optimum electrical conductivity and long-lasting connections.

Compared to stamped pins, our contact pins offer clear economic advantages:
