Change in the Executive Board at Diehl Group

Mr. Jürgen Reimer, CFO and Vice Speaker of the Executive Board of Diehl Stiftung & Co. KG, will leave the Diehl Group for personal reasons at the end of October 2026. Dr. Christoph Weigand, CFO of the Aviation Division and long-standing Executive at Diehl will assume the responsibilities on an interim basis from November 2026 onwards.

The Shareholders, Supervisory Board and the Executive Board would like to thank Jürgen Reimer for his dedicated commitment and his successful contributions and wish him all the best for the future.
