Diehl Aviation’s Toulouse Customer Service Center Marks 40 Years of Customer Services

Diehl Aviation is celebrating the 40th anniversary of its Customer Service Center (CSC) in Toulouse, marking four decades of technical expertise, customer centricity, and reliable support. What began in 1986 as a small support unit has grown into an established customer service operation supporting airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and MRO organizations throughout the aircraft lifecycle.

Located in one of the world’s leading aerospace hubs, the CSC Toulouse provides technical support, repair coordination, aftermarket services, and customer assistance across Diehl Aviation’s entire product portfolio. Working closely with customers, the team combines deep product knowledge with a strong understanding of operational requirements to provide responsive and practical support.

Over four decades, the CSC Toulouse has continuously developed its expertise and services in line with changing aircraft programs, technologies, and customer requirements. Today, its specialists work closely with airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and MRO partners to address technical challenges, coordinate solutions, and help maintain aircraft availability.

“For 40 years, our team in Toulouse has combined technical expertise with close customer collaboration to deliver practical solutions. This is how trust is built through reliable support when our customers need it most,” said Harald Mehring, Chief Customer Officer of Diehl Aviation.

Originally established near Toulouse Airport to provide technical assistance close to customers and support aircraft programs, the CSC Toulouse has evolved into an important part of Diehl Aviation’s global customer service network. Looking ahead, the CSC Toulouse will continue to develop its capabilities and services in line with evolving customer requirements.

For Diehl Aviation, the anniversary is a milestone in a service organization whose role has evolved with its customers from providing technical assistance to supporting increasingly complex operational requirements across the aircraft lifecycle.

CSC Toulouse is the first in a series of upcoming anniversaries across Diehl Aviation’s global Customer Service Center network, highlighting the expertise, dedication, and customer focus shared by service teams around the world.
