These are your tasks:
- Multitalent (flexible, hands on competence, recovery proven) for dispatcher purchasing activities and logistic processes including the handover responsibility to transfer System & SAP knowledge to the Romanian stakeholders:
- Setup inventory control and storage management of the warehouse
- Control of urgent goods receipt (material and buy part) - physically and SAP booking
- Manage recovery activities of urgent/late buy parts and provide it in an expedite process to production
- Management and correct booking of inventories, clarification of discrepancies and errors, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Picking and consignment of special items as concession impacted parts or test parts
- Scrap (physically and in SAP) of material in line with company regulation
- Converstation of planned orders into the necessary orders from the suppliers
- Active Management of purchased items/materials targeting in time / in quality deliveries: manage postponements and accelerations of items regarding target dates, coordinate critical delivery situations with suppliers, process quality notifications, communicate with internal interfaces the supply of materials to production and the timely delivery to customers.
