These are your tasks:
- Lead and develop a global multidisciplinary Test Systems team (approx. 12–14 experts in test engineering, hardware, wiring and software).
- Define and execute the global strategy and roadmap for Test Systems across technologies
- for electrical (ICT, FCT, Flash) and optical test (SPI, AOI, XRay), including software development and test.
- Manage the cost center, including budget planning, forecasting, resource allocation and cost optimization
- Drive standardization, digitalization and continuous improvement of test systems, acting as a trusted partner for senior management, customers and suppliers.
- Foster innovation, continuous improvement and digitalization within the function, including automation, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization.
Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in an international / manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of test systems and manufacturing-related technologies (e.g. ICT, functional test, automation, software/hardware integration).
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience in budget planning, cost control and cost center responsibility.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with a structured, results-oriented and solution-focused way of working; fluent English required.
