These are your tasks:
- Lead and drive a portfolio of Design-to-Cost (DTC), technology, and business improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery of strategic objectives and measurable value creation.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and other stakeholders to successfully execute complex programs and cost optimization projects.
- Develop, assess, and monitor business cases, cost-saving opportunities, portfolio performance, and value realization, providing recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve portfolio governance, PMO standards, project management methodologies, processes, tools, and reporting transparency across the organization.
- Prepare and present portfolio insights, strategic recommendations, and special project updates to senior leadership, supporting business planning and organizational transformation.
Who we are looking for:
- Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, Design-to-Cost (DTC), or a similar role within a technology-driven manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of embedded products, product development processes, and cross-functional project delivery.
- Solid business acumen with hands-on experience in business case development, financial analysis, cost calculations, and value management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive initiatives across complex organizations.
