Directeur des opérations et supply chain management France H/F (Senior Head of Operation and local SCM France F/M/D)

Ce sont vos tâches:

You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the local production organization (Injection Moulding and Assembly) as well as the local Supply Chain Management function.
You implement the global Operations and Supply Chain strategy and continuously develop processes and organizational structures.
You drive the transformation of the local production and supply chain organization in line with the Diehl Metering Lead Plant concept and the international production network.
You pursue strategic and financial objectives, manage budgets and investments, and steer the relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
You identify optimization and growth opportunities and initiate as well as support change and transformation initiatives.
You lead, motivate and develop your employees, fostering a performance-oriented and entrepreneurial culture of collaboration.
You ensure compliance with quality, cost and delivery targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

You hold a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
You have relevant professional and leadership experience in an industrial environment with high quality standards (e.g. food, water or pharmaceutical industries).
You possess solid expertise in industrial manufacturing processes (Injection Moulding), Supply Chain Management and business management.
You have demonstrated success in implementing transformation projects in an international environment and driving organizational development within matrix structures.
You have excellent English language skills and are willing to undertake occasional national and international business travel.
