Diehl Aviation Again Receives Embraer Best Suppliers Award for Interiors
Diehl Aviation has been honored for the third time since 2021 with the Embraer Best Suppliers Award. This recognition highlights its position as a reliable partner for high-quality cabin systems and lighting solutions.
Diehl Aviation has once again been recognized by its long-standing partner Embraer, receiving the 2026 Embraer Best Suppliers Award in the Interiors category. The award was presented during the Embraer Supplier Conference at the São José dos Campos, Brazil.
This recognition highlights Diehl Aviation’s role as a reliable partner for cabin systems and integrated interior and lighting solutions. The solutions contributing to this success are provided by Diehl Aerospace – a joint venture between Diehl and Thales. They reflect the company’s consistent delivery performance, outstanding product quality, and strong contribution to Embraer’s aircraft programs.

Long-standing Partnership
Diehl Aviation’s partnership with Embraer spans 25 years, supplying recirculating lavatories, water and waste systems, cabin and emergency lighting, passenger service units, and cabin management systems for the Phenom and E-Jet E2 programs. Since 2024, Diehl Aviation has also been contracted to develop the complete interior for Eve’s eVTOL aircraft, including panels, partitions, flooring, cabin, cockpit, and cargo linings, as well as the cabin and cockpit LED lighting system.
