These are your tasks:
- Coordination and backbone manager between the sites allow a cross responsibility so secure transfer of work activities, supply chain deliverables in time (ramp up/down) focusing to foster collaboration and embrace different cultures between donating and receiving sites.
- Industrial Engineering activities supporting the transfer of work project
- Secure industrialization and stabilize/improve processes and production costs, manage production flows, issues, risks and create solutions.
- Incorporation of changes and intercompany relationship, ramp up and down LAP/MEX and coordination of material.
- Problem solving, corrective actions, risk mitigation of transfer activities.
- Support activities to secure knowledge transfer and support home based cross function to qualify and certify processes and new site.
Who we are looking for:
- You have a degree as an engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable course of study and professional experience in the desired area.
- Commitment to Diehl Aviation's internationalisation strategy and grow. Passion and engagement to bring cultures together and solve discrepancies.
- Willingness to accept new behavior patterns, tolerance of ambiguity, approach people without prejudice and flexibility in cultural driven behaviors, cultural empathy, interpersonal skills.
- Start up mentality, hands on competence and willingness to travel between Mexico and Germany.
