These are your tasks:
- Coordination and backbone manager between the sites allows a cross responsibility to secure transfer of work activities
- Supply chain deliverables in time (Ramp up/down) focusing on fostering collaboration and embracing different cultures between donating and receiving sites.
- Secure industrialization & handover knowledge of Industrial Engineering
- Transfer production technologies, equipment and tooling management
- Stabilize & improve processes & production cost
- Manage production flows, issues, risks and create solutions
- Incorporation of changes, and intercompany relationship
- Ramp up and down DRE/HUN/ROM & coordinate material
- Problem solving, corrective actions and risk mitigation of transfer activities
- Layout allocation, buffer management, LAI/FAI
- Support activities to secure knowledge transfer
- Support home based cross function to qualify and certify processes and new site
Who we are looking for:
- You have a degree as an engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable course of study and professional experience in the desired area.
- Commitment to Diehl Aviation's internationalization strategy and growth.
- Passion and engagement to bring cultures together and solve discrepancies.
- Willingness to accept new behavior patterns, tolerance of ambiguity, approach people without prejudice, flexibility in cultural driven behaviors, cultural empathy, interpersonal skills.
- Start-up mentality, hands on competence and willingness to travel between Romania and Germany.
