These are your tasks:
- Universal Operator/Team leader with flexibility talent, hands on competence, recovery proven to secure handover/transfer of knowledge to Romanian employees:
- Create and control production plans, production planning
- Transfer knowledge of working plans, process and manufacturing instructions to Romanian employees
- Responsible for work allocation, monitor the execution of work, progress control of production steps/work orders and the work result
- Instruct and manage operators
- Secure delivery on time & quality
- Prevent or eliminate defects, mitigate actions of missing buy parts
- Maintain a structured, clean and tidy workplace and train the operators
- Support in optimizing processes
- Handover overall universal operator competence to the Romanian counterpart/stakeholder
- Support quality inspections
