Today, more than ever, we all want to live in peace and freedom. All over the world, soldiers give their all to protect people and facilities, repel attacks and provide humanitarian aid. We at Diehl Defence give our all to ensure that armed forces are optimally equipped on their dangerous missions. Because this is crucial for survival and success during deployment. To achieve this, we rely on cutting-edge technology and often push the limits of what is feasible. So that people everywhere in the world can keep on living in safety in the future.

As team lead, I am not only focused on enhancing products, but also on supporting and developing the talented employees behind these innovations.

After graduating in industrial engineering, I joined Diehl in April 2020. The technical trainee program at Diehl Defence provided the opportunity to explore a wide range of business areas and sites within 1.5 years. That's when I discovered my passion for product development. Having finished the program, I took on the role of Technical Manager for Drone Defence. This interdisciplinary position excited me, especially as it requires both a deep understanding of the product -  to dive deeper into the details - as well as coordinating and communicating with various stakeholders. Since August 2024, I am Head of System Laboratories. Together with my team, we ensure that our products meet all requirements, such as their functionality.  I am again and again (oder: consistently) fascinated by the diversity of people and technologies at Diehl. Everyone has the chance to develop and contribute their individual interests and talents.
